"I've always felt that the salon industry culture as a whole needed growth, and for the lives involved in it to matter more than making money. I opened The Lotus Room in 2013 with those hopes, and joined Destroy the Hairdresser in 2019, after realizing I couldn't make that vision come true alone. I’ve spent valuable time invested in refining my craft, and love all things hair. Haircutting and styling that fit your needs and lifestyle are my specialty, as well as practical hair color. I only believe in hair that makes you feel like you, despite others’ opinions and despite the trends. I also believe in nurturing and encouraging my staff to grow to their highest potential - even if it means they outgrow my space. The world needs more understanding, more empathy, and as a hairdresser, and as a leader, I know we play a major role. I’m obsessed with personal growth, healing, and astrology. My guilty pleasures are pizza and anything salted caramel, and being a human and furry boy mom mean the world to me!"

Brittany also enjoys helping her brides choose hairstyles that will be equally magical and practical. Brittany believes kindness, open communication, and an open heart allow us to have a mutual understanding of what’s expected from each other.
